Bert Dalby is the principal in charge of Vanguard’s Financial Advisor Services Marketing and Communications department. Mr. Dalby joined Vanguard in 1995 and has held various leadership roles in Vanguard’s Retail, Institutional and Financial Advisor businesses. He is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC ®) and General Securities Principal.
Prior to joining Vanguard, Bert held positions as vice president for SEI Investments, brand manager for The Procter & Gamble Company, and lieutenant in the United States Navy. Bert received his M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from Cornell University.
Bert and his wife Karen have three children. He has served in several leadership positions for the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and is a pension trustee for the retirement plans of Tredyffrin-Easttown Township.
