Description: Growing, mid-sized B-to-B public relations firm based in New York City, has an immediate need for an exceptional public relations Senior Account Executive interested in meaningful, client-facing work with corporate/financial accounts. Great opportunity with a firm dedicated to promoting from within.

Required Experience:

• 2-3 years public relations experience with B-to-B clients—including financial companies
• Ability to critically analyze client content and turn it into compelling media pitches
• An organized team player with the ability to multi-task, problem solve and work independently
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, industry media databases and online research

You will join a smart, hard-working team working with clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations across several industries, and play a key role in day-to-day activities including client strategy, media relations, research and account management.

The ideal candidate must possess strong media pitching, writing and client management/relationship development skills; familiarity with finance and financial services, and good general business knowledge. Experience with digital/social media a plus. A positive attitude, creative mind and ambition to advance are critical for success. If you crave a repetitive, 9 to 5 work day, this is not the job for you.
