February Luncheon: "Communications in Crisis"

Paul Argenti, Professor of Corporate Communications from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and Howard Sherman, President of Doremus, will present their recent research study on how the economic meltdown changed the way businesses talk to customers, suppliers and the public.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion on how financial services companies should adapt to the change.
